\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.00am to 5.00pm / 9.00am to 6.00pm)

\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99A\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec
\xc2\xb7 PC literate
\xc2\xb7 General administrative skills
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and comfortable in completing repetitive tasks
Processing of purchased and non-purchased library materials
\xc2\xb7 Print, process and affix colour code spine label, High Frequency and Ultra High Frequency (RFID) tags on library materials.
\xc2\xb7 Sort materials according to the categories.
\xc2\xb7 Retrieve and match copies of materials after cataloguing process.
\xc2\xb7 Handling of items based on sets.
\xc2\xb7 Shelving and retrieval of books to-andfro the bins and shelves.
\xc2\xb7 Input data and create new records of items.
\xc2\xb7 Physical processing of materials which require stapling, attaching or simple taping work.
\xc2\xb7 Print inventory list based on catalogued records.
