1. Responsible for daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections of factory electrical equipment
2. Interpret electrical drawings, install and commission power distribution systems
3. Regularly inspect electrical systems (including distribution cabinets, control panels, motors, etc.) to ensure compliance with safety standards
4. Implement preventive maintenance plans and maintain repair logs
5. Assist in developing electrical safety operating procedures ensuring compliance with Singapore Electricity Regulations (CP 5)
6. Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with the 2025 revised Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulations
7. Respond to electrical emergencies during production processes
Requirements
1. Legally authorized to work in Singapore
2. Possess Electrician's Licence (Class 1 or Class 2) issued by EMA
3. Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience; familiarity with PLC control systems preferred
4. Ability to read English electrical drawings and technical manuals
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software preferred
6. Class 3 driving licence preferred
7. Knowledge of Singapore's Electricity (Electrical Installations) Regulations and SS 638 standards
8. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
