Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma, Bachelor's/ College Degree in Culinary or equivalent.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with background from Spanish & Italian cuisine.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Wiling to be assigned in THE GROVE BY ROCKWELL, PASIG CITY.
- Flexible, hardworking and dedicated to work.
- Punctual at all times.
- Excellent in understanding various cooking methods, ingredients, equipments and procedures.
- Fast paced
- Can handle pressure during peak hours
- Preparation of Ingredients / Production
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely fashion
- Memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and all basic prep procedures used in the kitchen.
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet the company's cleaning standard
