Job descriptionThe Commis Chef is responsible for the preparation and cooking of food; Adherence to set standards and procedures; Maintenance of adequate stocks and supplies of food and beverages; proper handling of equipment and food facility handling.Requirements: 1. Preferably a Graduate of BS HRM, Culinary, or any related course2. Preferably with relevant solid experience in the same capacity3. Good knowledge of International Cuisine, an advantage4. With a background in F&B or kitchen operations5. Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage6. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure7.
