Cook menu based on standard recipe . Prepares and assemble cook product according to the established standards of portioning, serving, sanitation and hygiene . Endorse finished product to Kitchen Supervisor and/or Head Chef for checking before serving to guest/customer . Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards. Assists and provides input to Kitchen Supervisor and/or Head Chef for any improvement in the kitchen area . Performs other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by Jr. ChefRequirements: . Preferably with relevant experience in a F&B setting. . Willing to work shifts, on sat and public holidays. . Candidates with Food Hygiene Certification will be an added advantage. .
