As an integral part of our Marketing team, you\'ll have the opportunity to craft and launch engaging campaigns for new token listings on one of the world\'s largest crypto platforms. About the team:
The Listings Campaign Manager sits within the Product Marketing function, which brings our product\'s story to market. We directly impact the business by working closely with Product, Business, and Marketing teams to turn value propositions into compelling messages for customers and prospects, driving acquisition and engagement.
What you will do:
Design, implement, and manage effective token listing campaigns. This includes conceptualizing creative themes, selecting targeted audiences, and determining the most effective channels and content to maximize visibility, user engagement, and trading activity.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including the Listings and Marketing teams, to ensure campaign alignment with broader company objectives. Work closely with the Local Marketing, Growth, PR, Community, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure a unified, coherent message across all channels.
Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends, upcoming hot tokens, and competitive activity. Use this data to inform the creation of effective, engaging, creative, and informative listing campaigns.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of listing campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Based on the insights gathered, make necessary adjustments to optimize the reach and impact of the campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the crypto space, including token developers, project teams, and community leaders.
What we look for in you:
6+ years of professional experience as a digital marketer, campaign marketer, product marketer, or similar function.
Experience in cryptocurrency trading with an understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and the dynamics of token listings.
Ability to craft engaging and compelling marketing messages and campaign themes that resonate with the crypto market.
Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms to reach and engage target audiences. This includes experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
Capability to analyze market trends, campaign performance data, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign results.
Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage resources, and ensure campaign delivery on schedule.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including token developers, project teams, and community leaders.
