Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:

The Content & Creator team is a dynamic and results-driven unit within Regional Marketing, leading the content businesses - livestream and short video - for Shopee. Our mission is to strategically design, develop, and execute high-impact commercial programs that optimise demand generation, enhance supply, and achieve sustainable profitability across all our markets in Asia and Brazil.

Design commercial levers: Define and build initiatives that grow Content Commerce through demand generation and supply improvement while balancing topline and margin goals. Forecast outcomes: Model expected uplift for proposed programs, and present clear prioritization recommendations to senior leadership. Drive rollout: Partner with local counterparts to design, pilot, and scale content-commerce improvements across markets. Influence product: Collaborate with product managers to shape and prioritize features that serve core business needs. Monitor performance: Track post-launch results, diagnose issues, and remove roadblocks to hit targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm Exposure to video and other media content Strong analytical toolkit; proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Excellent communication, executive stakeholder management
