Responsibilities: * Deal directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or in person. * Keep records of customer payment history and transactions. * Handle loan applications Responsibilities: Deal directly with customers either through telephone, electronically or in person. Keep records of customer payment history and transactions. Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents and ensure the validity and accuracy of the information provided. Interview borrowers and assess each case. For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers. Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 4 'O' Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher Strong interpersonal, communication and maintain a good rapport Upkeep a professional demeanor Detail Oriented with great follow-up skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule Literacy and comfortable with Ms Office skills and Apps Must be self-motivated with team-player attitude able to work remotely using technology Those with an outgoing personality will be advantageous Note : This job requires physically onsite for the performance of duties and not remotely feasible.
