Interview borrowers and assess each case. For every successful application, explain details and terms & conditions governing the loan stated in Note of Contract to the borrowers. Ensure a copy of Note of Contract and duly-completed application form are given to borrowers after the approval of loans REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS 4 'O' Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher Strong interpersonal, communication and maintain a good rapport Upkeep a professional demeanor Detail Oriented with great follow-up skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule Literacy and comfortable with Ms Office skills and Apps Must be self-motivated with team-player attitude able to work remotely using technology Those with an outgoing personality will be advantageous Note : This job requires physically onsite for the performance of duties and not remotely feasible.
