• We are looking for a Lending Operations Analyst
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Qualification - preferably in Business, Finance, Operation Management, Economics, Computer Science and Engineering
• Strong MS Office skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Basic understanding of the local financial regulatory environment, compliance and customer due diligence process
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• A lateral thinker and creative problem solver with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Support sales and business organisation in go-to-market activities and support digibank partnership and collaboration activities
• Loan Application Checking: Review and verify loan applications to ensure they meet internal standards.
• Approval of Loan Files: Approve time-sensitive loan files onto the Loan Management System (LMS)
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and share detailed reports on loans and payments with the Finance team on a monthly basis.
• Bi-Annual Document Requests: Coordinate the bi-annual request of documents from merchants for credit risk review, ensuring all required information is collected and provided to the credit risk team.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct UAT for any new products or automations, ensuring functionality aligns with operational needs.
• Purchase Order Creation: Manage the creation of purchase orders within Oracle for client payments on an ad-hoc basis.
• Liaising with Legal and Clients: Collaborate with the Legal team to prepare and finalize contracts, and communicate directly with merchants regarding contract details on an ad-hoc basis.
