Loans Agency Specialist

Role Responsibilities:
- Review loan operations and agency provisions in finance documents
- Collaborate with legal team to external stakeholders relating loan agreements
- Manage loan administration, including calculations, maintaining loan records and preparing operational instructions
- Deal with clients and lenders for loan drawdowns, roll-overs, funds flow and loan transfers
- 5-12 years of experience in loan administration/agency credit
- Good knowledge in documentation and syndicated loan agreements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor\'s Degree
