Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment and care plan as per doctor's advise
- Regular ward duties
- Assist in ADLs as needed
- Take vitals and monitor patient condition
- Assist in chaperone duties when needed
- Blood taking and cannulation duties if applicable
- Min. Nitec, Diploma and above in Nursing
- Min. 2 years prior nursing experience preferred
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board & BCLS certification
- Openings available for fresh nurses
- Perm nursing openings available
