JOB PROFILE / JOB DESCRIPTION: The role reports directly to the Supply Chain Executive and has responsibility for supporting project file works with Project and Engineering Department, liaising with key vendors/partners and Consultants/Owners in the power quality, energy storage and renewable energy sector.Responsibilities : - Be fully responsible in preparing and issuing PO and SO Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met Streamline shipping and transportation processes Co-ordinate with Suppliers, Customers and Forwarder/s ensuring shipments are on schedule and arrive destinations on time Be fully responsible in Shipping Documentations verifications, liaise with stakeholders ensuring documentations are com Support Business reporting and Data update and analysis SMILE platforms. Meet to KPI deliverables Coordinating and update for inventory movement system Handling and creating of warehouse documents Administrative duties Ad hoc duties given by superiorRequirements: - . Min 'O' level or Nitec/Diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain / Business Administration. . Minimum 1 years of related working experience . Meticulous and possess positive attitude . Good sense of urgency . Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese . Flexible and adaptable . Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
