The Logistics Assistant/Operator assists the General Manager in all material handling requirements including, but not limited to, the planning, storing and monitoring of all stock movements.
Oversee inventory movement of all products (meat & dry goods)
Enter goods received notes in the system for all imports
Record waste and sampling products
Create product bar codes for all items in e-commerce, retail stores and food services
Generate Inventory ageing report and other reports as required
Support delivery orders and invoicing for food services if required
Execute other ad-hoc duties as required by the management from time to time
Required to assist in the closing of sales orders and do follow-up calls with our B2B customers
Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
Perform administrative task such as, data entry, updating and filing
Prepare delivery orders and invoices
Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment.
