Logistic Coordinator [6 Months Contract Entry Level Can Apply]
Job Description
Location: Changi (Alps Avenue)
5 days work week
Basic $2000 - $2400
6 months contract
Job Scope:
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Monitor and track the movement of products and materials using logistics software and tools
Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to manage shipments and resolve any issues
Help prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations
Support logistics team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and file management
Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts, stock taking, and reconciliation
Assist in implementing logistics strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Coordinator
Job Requirement:
Literate in using Microsoft Office/ERP system
Entry level is welcome to apply as training can be given
