Job Description
Logistic Customer Service/Coordinator (West)
Salary: Up to $2800 with AWS + VB
Workday/Time: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9-1pm (Alternate sat after probation)
Location: Jurong
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiries, requests and build good relationship
- Ensure inventory accuracy for inventory management
- Monitor and follow up with customers to resolve inbound/outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
- Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions
- Work with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience
- Training will be provided
