Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm

- Procurement process + Warehousing & Distribution (Support)
- warehousing services
- international transports services, in line with the target of balancing costs/service level Designing
- Knowledge of Import/Export procedure
- Processing of shipping documents (eg. Letter of credit knowledge will be an advantage).
- Assure the daily execution of the warehousing and local delivery activities cooperating with the functions involved (customer service, commercial area, 3PL) and with the Central SC Function
- Guarantee the implementation of the projects of improvement promoted at sector and at local level
- Be aware of the current legislation regarding import/export activities
- On-time delivery
- Saturation %
- Degree in Supply Chain & Logistic or equivalent
- Min 1-2 years experience in Logistics preferably with import/export activities
- Possess knowledge in Supply Chain, logistics process, import and export procedure in Singapore
- Strong analytical skills and a proficient level on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, regional markets and levels of business.
- Able to commit to work late during month end
