Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production-related logistics site operations with responsibilities for performance and quality improvements
• Logistics operation support for branches in SEA factory/warehouse operation, international transportation (Air & Ocean import and export), local-delivery, customs clearance, border trucking
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
• Work closely with branch operations/project team and provide insights for key logistics projects and support decision making, regarding but not limited to;
• Shipping documentation, Capacity improvement, Inbound & Outbound process for both Finished Goods and Raw materials, Container management (including demurrage and detention), In-factory shipping areas, container yard and outside warehouse management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis
• Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or above
• Strong team player with working experience and knowledge in manufacturing site operation/export and import of Air & Ocean freight
• Min 5 years of working experience in supply chain/logistics management with a demonstrated track record in driving results
