The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all logistic activities to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and timely delivery of goods to outlets and customers
Scope of Work
Day-to-Day Operations
Plan delivery routes and truck loading to maximize resources
Ensure all partners and stakeholders (Purchasing Department, Suppliers, etc) are working effectively to reduce missing items and timely arrival of goods purchase
Communicate to clients and respond to their requirements via mobile and mail
Booking of sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within the agreed time band
Management
Coordination of all delivery supplies and orders between the warehouse and outlets
Support the procurement department in logistics delivery and coordination
Take charge of all transportation activities and optimize transportation cost
Ability to appraise transportation vendors and their cost structure
Oversees and management of inventory systems
Monitor and manage warehouse activities including product movements
Analysis of missing items, late delivery goods received in good conditions and achieve KPIs as given
Propose and implement solutions relating to both operations and costing in line with business needs
Manpower bench planning for logistics and warehousing needs
Maintain documentation of storage place in accordance with HACCP, NEA
Handle any ad-hoc projects that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Logistics Management / Supply Chain
Exposure to F&B or FMCG industry
Knowledge of warehousing operations will be an added advantage
Class 3 Singapore driving license will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Words and Excel
Working Hours
Based on business needs as required
Required to travel to outlets as part of day-to-day operations if needed to
