Job Description

- Location: Yishun (Transport provided at Tampines, Jurong East and Yishun)
- Managing the machine orders from the Regional Trading Centres (RTC)
- Export data maintenance
- Create order confirmations for all orders i
- Create change notes in orders
- Create tax invoices
- Generate pick and packing list report for shipment to ATM
- Cost recovery for freight, packing and storage costs
- Credit notes to ATM for Goods returned and variance
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience with order management in supply chain
- Understands fundamental supply chain/logistics processes
- Good to have experience with processes in a supply chain/logistics environment
- Able to adapt to the changes in ramp up/ramp down volume
- Able to work and communicate well with both colleagues within the workplace and with external parties (e.g. Regional trading centres, forwarders, suppliers, etc.)
- Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel
