Job Description





Responsibilities

  • In-charge of day-to-day smooth logistics operations
  • Manage and monitor company inventory level to ensure to be able to meet customers\' demand
  • Responsible for shipment arrangement and coordination
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistics vendors, customers and internal operation team on shipments
  • Preparation of shipping documentation
  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documents before shipments
  • Ensure customers\' shipments arrive on time
  • In-charge of shipment transportation matters
  • Logistics administration duties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain management/ inventory management experience
  • Ability to start within short notice will be ideal
