Reports to: Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager AsiaStrong command of English and South East Asian language(s), both oral and writtenSupervises: Interface with Logistics Service Providers, Shipping Agents Customs Brokers and process agentsInterface and provide service to internal departments including project teams, Engineering, Marine and Traffic.Liaise With: Required Internal and External stakeholders.Basic Functions. Administer invoices and required systems software.. Issue Service Orders to Logistics suppliers.. Assist in booking of shipments with forwarders when required.. Conduct Process Agent Vetting on required suppliers.. Operate in accordance with all Company guidelines and procedures.. Other LTC related administration.Tasks and Responsibilities. Maintaining Logistics supplier database.. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Project Logistics Coordinators, Batam Traffic and vessel crew regarding invoicing and charge code matters.. Verification of ships agent and freight forwarders invoices.. Regular reporting requirements. Use of systems and data entry to satisfy record-keeping requirements. All other LTC related matters.. Logistics background and knowledge in handling Singapore & Batam.Educational Requirement: Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Transport activities.GCE O LevelsRelevant Logistics & International Trade Supply Chain Management certification desirable although not mandatory.
