Job Description


  • Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Handling incoming & outgoing shipment.
  • Coordinate closely with the PIC for the delivery timing and follow up on any equipment for replacement and provide solution to PIC.
  • Ensure consignment notes, delivery orders and invoices are properly endorsed by customer and submitted for billing purposes.
  • Retrieve equipment from storage location and prepare for collection, return of equipment back to specific storage locations.
  • Liaising with 3rd party transporter for ad-hoc deliveries.
  • Packing of equipment and coordinate with other department for shipment overseas.
  • Arrange for periodic disposal of equipment.
  • Ensure all warehouse inventory are properly accounted for.
  • Ensure all expired products are properly charged out from system and eventually properly disposed with proper disposal certification.
  • Ensure proper segregation of items (loan, trade-buy, risk-buy, expired and due disposal, etc).
  • Follow strict work safety protocol when working in the warehouse.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping is done daily.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NITEC, in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in repairing rehab equipment a plus.
  • Possess a valid class 3 or 4 driving licence.
  • Possess a valid forklift licence is an added advantage.
  • May need to work on off-business hours or even off days for deliveries and urgent repairs with overtime compensation.
  • Given that work being done involves certain lifting and moving of items, it will be important that you are physically fit and be willing to be subjected to a reasonable amount of labour work.
  • Given that work carried out in healthcare institutions or within patient\xe2\x80\x99s homes, it will be necessary that you are currently in good state of health. The company will provide relevant immunisation/ vaccination in the interest of ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for its employees.
  • Highly organized with superior customer service skills.
  • Motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong in MS office, preferably in Excel, logistics/ warehouse IT software.
