Marine Logistics Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate with customers and suppliers to achieve profitable deals and fulfill service delivery
- Preparation of quotation and follow-up with customers
- Resourceful in sourcing rates from Suppliers/Freight Agent
- Timely update of information
- Assist in shipping procedures and documentation
- Ensure correct and timely billing to customers
- Check and verify suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices to ensure correct billing
- Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Assist in operation planning and deployment of drivers
- Other ad hoc assignments and duties.
- At least GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level
- Required language(s): English and Chinese
- Self-motivated towards success
- Outgoing personality, not fearful of starting conversations with people
- Individuals with experience in freight forwarding preferred (AIR & OCEAN)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Singapore Citizens and PR only
