Job Objectives
To ensure complete accuracy of all products being transferred within the warehouse. Such accuracy, in alignment with Satair\xe2\x80\x99s quality objectives, shall pertain to documentation, part numbers, specification, description, quantity and quality of products.
Job Responsibilities
- Check the items are correct with respect to part numbers, description, specification and quality as stated on the DO/Note or putaway List
- In case any discrepancies found \xe2\x80\x93 all must be reported to the supervisor
- Inspect visually the condition of parts received particularly for any transit damage
- Perform System transfer into Amasis system
- Arrange and put the labels on the parts
- Put the parts away on an agreed bin location
- Support other activities within the warehouse during critical situations.
- Maintain tidy conditions in your own working area and any other areas for which the individual is responsible.
- Minimum Higher Nitec in related disciplines, candidates with 2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage. Candidates with no prior relevant experience/Students are welcomed to apply.
- Be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Basic IT and Microsoft office skills
- The ideal candidate should be a good team player, able to multitask, thorough and tidy.
Note: Students, interns and temps or a combination of these profiles are welcome. Training is provided.
