URGENTLocation : Sherwood RoadPosition : Logistics AssistantContract period : 1 July 24 \xe2\x80\x93 30 Nov 24Work days :
At least 3 days a week, 8 hours a day, at $11 per hourMonday, Wednesday, Friday (actual days may be adjusted/increased in consultation with the temp staff)Office Hours:Monday to Thursday - 9.00am to 6.00pm.Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm.[Lunch break from 1pm to 2pm]May be required to work overtime or on weekends occasionally.Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with logistical preparations for visits (including sourcing of goods and services) and handling of post-visit logistics.
- Accounting for and organising office/trip supplies and gifts.
- Timely dispatch and/or collection of mail, goods, gifts, and documents.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the company.
- At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 or equivalent.
- Ability to work under direction as well as independently
- Some admin experience is preferred
