Job Description
Seatronics, part of Acteon Group, supplies specialist subsea solutions pursuing excellence both in engineering capability and customer support. Our continually developing expertise allows us to provide full service capability on demand encompassing rental, sales, service and repair, calibration, personnel and asset management.
Seatronics are currently looking to hire a Logistics Assistant to join the team on a full time, permanent basis based in Singapore. The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting our daily operations, including but not limited to preparing commercial invoices, managing equipment packaging and aiding in the movements of goods to and from warehouse.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Received incoming goods, inspect them for damage and report any discrepancies
- Delivery items too designated locations using a company vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word
- Familiarity with Singapore\'s export processes and procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Capability to handle physical goods movements to and from warehouse
