Formulate and carry o JOB DESCRIPTION . Serve and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients . Customer Accounts recovery . Prepare quotations & follow up on clients' enquiries . Formulate and carry out sales strategies to achieve KPIs . Generate monthly / yearly sales reports for Management reviews (i.e. New Opportunities, Current Trend, Client Profile, Volume, Shipment Frequency) . Analyzing current market trends to increase business growth by following through on new, high-profile sales opportunities . Provide resolutions when any issues arise with the booking . Provide support for ad-hoc administrative duties . Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness. . Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes. . Timely submission of sales report to direct manager or higher levels when required QUALIFICATIONS . Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent . At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to sales and business development . Proficient in MS Office applications . Good in communication and negotiation . Strong organizational and management skills . Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills
