Your Role

responsible for identifying and developing a business pipeline for Energy Logistics target Industries in Singapore and Malaysia. Furthermore to identify potential business from existing customers in SAP, and jointly with the regional team to develop relevant strategies. Subsequently maintaining and developing client relationships to maximize opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance business offerings.

Your Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

• To achieve sales targets as set by the management on an annual basis

? To lead tender management for all RFIs, RFQs and RFPs for related business specific

• To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in addition to managing allocated portfolio
• To develop and implement strategies to meet and preferably, exceed annual revenue and sales targets
• To oversee the development and delivery of commercial proposals and product / services presentations
• To provide management with relevant and quantified information relating to market activities and outlook

Account Management

• To proactively manage and develop business and relationships with allocated target accounts, as well as new customers
• To maintain high quality of data input in CoreLOG
• To externally ensure that the knowledge of relevant K+N products, services (including OGS) are up to date at all times
• To participate in business implementation / on-boarding of new clients, and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure high efficiency and productivity
• To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective, efficient and timely responses to customer enquiries, issues, and problem solving
• To initiate and chair regular meeting with Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure the right level of engagement

? To lead, prepare and host MBRs, QBRs for related accounts speciifc

• To ensure that you represent the company in a professional and consultative manner

• To consistently demonstrate the leadership competencies required to lead and motivate colleagues
• To ensure that all staff demonstrates the professional behavior and ethics set out in the Company Code of Conduct
• To ensure that direct reports are fully inducted and trained in the skills and competencies required to achieve their key responsibilities and key performance indicators
• To motive the team, colleagues to be pro-active and enthusiastic in terms service delivery
• To ensure that the team, colleagues are kept up to date with all company, business and team communications

• To observe all company quality & OHS requirements at all times
• To be aware of the responsibilities of employee’s in relation to OHS
• To follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company OHS policies and working instructions
• To report incidents and hazards as per the relevant working instructions

Your Skills and Experiences

• Ideally 10 years of experience in business development, with strong network within the Freight Forwarding Oil & Gas vertical.
• Strong communication skill with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Possesses strong hunting drive and motivation.
