Due to their expansion, their operations in GUL CIRCLE is currently looking for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Salary offered: basic up to $2500 + OT pay Work location: Gul Circle (Near Joon Koon MRT) Work days: 5 days week, 8.30am - 5.45pm Work terms: Permanent with attractive benefits Job Responsibilities: Material Handling and Delivery Liaise with stakeholders on status of orders to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly to destination Plan and track the shipment to ensure timelines are met and according to customer requirements Coordinate, monitor and oversee inventories Perform local delivery Address and resolve issues related to transportation, customers, import and export, and logistics systems Liaise with warehouse on status of orders (eg. pick, pack, delivered) Liaise with forwarders for cargoes collection and shipping schedule Productivity and Innovation Monitor and review processes to identify areas for improvement Implement feasible cost saving and productivity projects Administration Prepare shipping document (invoice and AWB) Maintain shipping document and RMA document Assist in preparing internal and customer report Ensure 5S practices are implemented, operating, safety and ISO procedures are updated and complied with Any other duties assigned by management Requirement At least GCE 'O' levels 1-2 years of experience in logistics admin in 3PL IT Literate Please submit your resume in MS Word format to [HIDDEN TEXT] Please remember to include your 1) Recent photo 2) Current salary & Expected salary 3) Notice period UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES 21 Bukit Batok Crescent, WCEGA Tower, #11-74, Singapore 658065 www.united-personnel.com EA Licence No.: 05C5278 (We regret that only shortlisted candidates would be notified)
