Position Summary This position is responsible for the preparation of operations documents, timely updates WMS and provide support in general logistics administrative functions. Location: West, Singapore Working Days: Monday-Friday Company Transport: Pick up / drop off at Boon Lay MRT Responsibilities Coordination and preparation of necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo Liason with trucking contractors for local deliveries Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses Coordinate with opertaions personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries Update WMS on cargo status Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties Requirements 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry Good customer service and communication skills Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
