The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing import/export documentation, custom declaration, and Tradenet operations.
Handling various general shipping tasks, which also include data entries.
Preparing Bills of Lading (B/L), manifests, and invoices.
Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers.
Generating customer billing for the provided services.
Efficiently organizing transportation arrangements for cargo delivery.
Fulfilling any additional ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
Preferably, individuals with specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain, Clerical/Administrative Support, or a related equivalent will be given preference.
The ability to excel in a demanding and fast-paced work environment is essential.
