Job Summary:

• Salary: $2,200 to $3,000

• Annual Wage Supplement

• Performance Bonus (Up to 2 Months)

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm

• Working Location: Benoi Sector (2-way company transport at Boon Lay MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of warehouse cargo.

• Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries.

• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans and expenses.

• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.

• Update WMS, TMS on Cargo Status.

• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries.

• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Possess hands-on experience with WMS / SAP

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics or warehouse sector
