- Work hours: 10am - 4pm (4.5 days work week)

The Job
- Issue PO and perform updates and maintenance in SAP system
- Monitor PO data to ensure accuracy, while reporting all PO processing errors to IT for resolution
- Liaise with logistics teams to resolve issues on inbound goods receipts
- Collaborate with stakeholders on delivery changes and update in system to capture the correct delivery changes. Escalate and resolve urgent cases to avoid shipment delays
- Communicate effectively with global team on order prioritization and shipping arrangements to maximize delivery performance
- Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in order fulfilment or supply chain will be advantageous
- Experience in SAP system is a plus
- Fast learner who possesses ability to work independently, detail oriented and well organized
