Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer satisfaction issues related to shipped orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a cycle count program
- Collaborate with Production and Customer Service teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inventory and supplies, including creating requisitions, receiving and storing goods, and securing the warehouse
- Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documentation, track unfilled orders and invoicing, and prepare monthly reports
- Undertake any additional duties assigned by the company
- Relevant experience in shipping or logistics role
- Experience using Accpac (Sage300) and preparing shipping documents
- Good knowledge of shipping and logistics procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Working location: Ubi
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Monday to Friday
