Logistics Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with customer for all shipments
Book vessel with shipping line
Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes
Co-ordinate with Transportation Department for transportation & shipping requirements
Generate Picking instruction
Prepare shipping documentation
Perform entries in WMS and SAP
Procure freight services (if required by customer)

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level, &/or Diploma in Logistics or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics / Warehouse environment handling customers' enquiries.
Knowledge of WMS / SAP
Has some shipping knowledge
Knowledge of shipping documentation
