Job Summary:

• Located at Clementi
• 5.5 Days Work Week
• Convertible / Renewable
• Basic up to $2,600
• 1 Month Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with customers, forwarders, and the warehouse regarding shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Prepare and manage daily documents related to deliveries
• Assist and provide customers with updates on stock inquiries and shipment schedules
• Collaborate with the warehouse for shipment coordination
• Compile monthly reports for key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement(s)

• Minimum Nitec or higher
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in SAP/WMS
