Job Description

:
Assess and Initiate improvement needed for the escalations received within cross functions
Making sure all escalations will be resolved within agreed lead time or SLA
Proper coordination with internal (cross functional teams) and external stakeholders (3PL and vendor partner of Shopee) for resolving an escalation concern
Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed by the Team
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required of any course but preferably in any Logistics related course
1-5 years working experience in Order Fulfillment / project coordination / E-commerce operations.
Preferably with 3PL management or Logistics Background and Customer Service
Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse, transportation and FMCG industry
Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure independently
Good communication skill in verbal and written
Capable of working beyond working hours and skeletal schedule
Quick to respond actions needed for sudden operational concerns
Has a positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people
