Our mission is to journey with women into motherhood and beyond.We carry more than 300 brands and our products are available through Motherswork retail stores, e-stores, department stores, online platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Redmart & Tmall etc.We are looking for a logistics executive to join our supply chain team to support our e-commerce business growth.www.motherswork.com.sg; FB: mothersworksg and IG: @mothersworkResponsibilities-Support smooth of day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storing, packing and shipping of products) to local and overseas operations. Products include strollers, car seats, cots, furniture, baby bottles and accessories.-Expedite prompt delivery and collection of goods, receiving and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing and perform warehouse processing functions.-Management of stock, liaising with freight forwarders, handling import and export shipments, logistics matters including maintaining inventory controls.-Support picking and packing operations with speed and accuracy of fulfilment, coordinate with online platforms (lazada, redmart, shopee etc) delivery fleet.-Work with the Sales & Online team in fulfilment-related escalations-Manage local delivery scheduling- Continuously improve systems, processes, equipment and workforce efficiencyRequirementsAt least 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience with a min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.Excellent organization, planning skills and must be hands-on, muscle power needed.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) ideally coupled with fluency in a second language.PC skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per monthBenefits:
