Logistics Executive
Job Description
Responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Logistics Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers in maintaining smooth operation flow and KPI measure set for assigned accounts and team’s workflow performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Primary or Secondary contact for assigned account depending on the scale of the project.
- Quote preparation to the customer (With the approval from HOD).
- Assist in operation planning and physical operational arrangement (Permit declaration/ Transport/ fumigation/ freight booking etc.).
- Preparation of shipping documentation.
- Assist to work with the team to achieve the department’s KPI goals.
- Accountable for Job P&L assigned.
- Liaising with clients and maintaining good customer service and relationships.
- Monitor timely closing of all job files on assigned accounts.
- MES/GST administrative arrangement and monitoring.
