Job Description

Job Scope:

• 
  Reports to the Logistics Manger and support the manger to oversee day-to-day operations in the
  IHQ ware e houses;
  Able to command a team of 50 over warehouse staffs at different level and in a diversified cultural
  environment;
  Assist and plan incoming container trucking schedule and allocate manpower to perform stuffing
  and unstuffing of containers;
  Accountable for inventory accuracy and lead the cycle count and stock take programs;
  Assist the manager to update staff attendance and leave records through company e-HR portal;
  Responsible to address customer complaints and work on corrective action and preventive action
  against any customer complaints;
  Lead the supervisor and warehouse team to perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy
  in goods received;
  Lead the supervisor and warehouse team to perform picking and packing function based on the
  DO requirement for delivery to the retail or home delivery to customers;
  Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse;
  Work on any Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) or any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• 
  Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or
  Warehouse Management
  At least 3 – 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics Operations;
  Assist the Senior manager to prepare monthly performance metrics reports;
  Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution,
  inventory management and shipping etc;
  Possess lean 6 sigma skill, or any Certification in supervisory/safety courses will be an added advantage;
  Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
  Strong leadership skills and experience in managing big teams and excellent command and control on the floor;
  Good command of IT knowledge and MS office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Words etc
