Roles & Responsibilities
Logistics Executive
The Logistics Executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing: managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. They also work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Handle inbound, outbound and transhipment and prepares invoices, documents related to the plant served.
- Generating commissions for the agents, if any
- Manage & update internal database f price lists to ensue the accuracy of prices/products and terms
- Manage inventory control: replenishing stock control in SG warehouse.
- Propose cost-effective and efficient solutions
- Provide marketing support to Salaes Manager and keeping customers informed of marketing updates.
EDUCATION: Advance Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain ir related filed
TYPICAL PROFILE:
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Ability to work under pressure and to motive and achieve a good working relationship with personnal at levels
- Have practical sales or marketing experience in addition to working knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Good advanced skills in MS Excel applications and logistics software
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills
- Have experience handling communication skills
- Have experience handling the Far East region
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Chain or equivalent
