Update of SCK store equipment & material Scan and record of factory & logistics delivery orders in server for traving of material status Manage FRW & FRM in ERP system for factory Manage import/export shipment document with suppliers, shipping lines, haulier, etc Check shipment material & issue SCK DO for material sending to site. Inform factory for any shipment material for them Receive material from suppliers to factory and verify material is for factory or sites. Issue SCK DO for material sending to site Match suppliers DO with incoming invoices and pass to purhcasing for receiving in ERP system Update for store material in & out Organise and plan packing of material and arrange collection.delivery by drivers Organise and plan daily pickup of workers from dormitory to various sites, and back to dormitory Any other duties as assigned by direct supervisorJob Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to speak Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin speaking suppliers, shipping lines, haulier, etc in regards with the import/export shipment document matters.) Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.***1 year Contract, subject to renewal, 5.5 work day (alt Saturday)
