Job Highlights

Main responsibilities

Coordinate and arrange inbound and outbound traffic
Management of traffic costs and resolution of any corrective actions
Ensuring handling, storage and distribution requirements are fully met
Local and Malaysia deliveries
Achieve maximum customer satisfaction by not just meeting but also exceeding their requirements
Order processing
Sample packing and arrangement
Document library management, document editing
Efficient coordination with partners
Inventory reporting and management

Requirement:

Minimum ITE graduate, Diploma holder
2+ year related experience preferrable. Experience in the chemical industry will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other basic tools
Problem solver who is responsible and who has high integrity
Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic and motivated to learn beyond one's responsibilities
