Our Asia sales office in Singapore is looking for Logistics Executive Responsibilities: Outbound v Export shipment planning & booking v Local Transportation booking v Process Shipping Documents, pre-alert customer on shipment advise v Coordinate with Vendors on Direct shipment v Form-D & Form-E & COO Application v Coordinate with Sales Team on local delivery & shipment plan v Coordinate with Operations Team on goods picking & palletise v Coordinate with Finance Team on forwarders billing v Sample courier arrangement Inbound v Pre-alert Inbound shipment advise from overseas Vendors v Coordinate with vendors on all Inward shipping documents (Invoice/Packing/COO/Form-D etc) v Coordinate with forwarders on arrival notice, container trucking in/out and prepare pallet marking labels v Upload & Receiving items listing to Warehouse Logistics System (WLS) v Bonded Warehouse inbound/outbound coordination, Stocks Tally Report v Warehouse Logistics System (WLS) / SAP Stocks Tally Report Stock Planning v Coordinate with Sales Team on stock planning Experience & Qualifications: . Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent . At least 3 & above years relevant experience in Logistics/Freight forwarding or Shipping environment . Good knowledge in shipment booking (Incoterm, COO, Form D & Form E compliance) . Proficient skills in MS Office. SAP system experience would be advantage but not essential. . Able to learn and perform multi tasks in a team environment, and work under time pressures . Possess good time management skills, committed team player, proactive and mature and meticulous . Able to start work within short notice Other information: . Working days: 5 days work week .
