Elbit is seeking a logistics executive join the team and will be responsible the management of inventory, orders and procurement at our customer sites. Responsibilities Managing warehouse inventory. Execute orders fulfillments based on Goods demand. Receiving and arrangements of goods and equipment to ensure proper storage. Packing and coordinating with 3PL for outbound shipments. Plan and tracking the shipments. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Requirements and skills Singapore Citizen Only (Require to undergo security clearance). Academic Education - Minimum Diploma Level Strong command of written and spoken English Ability to work in day/afternoon shift. Possession of Class 3 driving license is preferred. Proven work experience in logistics warehousing roles. Experience in customer service will be appreciated. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Working knowledge of logistics software (ERP). Organizational and coordination abilities. Willingness to combine working overseas (up to two months a year). Communication and interpersonal skills.
