Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of logistic daily operation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the primary functions of receiving, storage, issuing
  • Responsible for coordinating (with equipment team) transportation – Outbound or Inbound machinery.
  • Responsible for inventory reporting to customers on weekly basis as per SLA
  • Responsible for all logistical processes are in compliance to PCI-CP requirements in terms of card storage management
  • Coordinate with Quality/Purchasing team for inspection and quality defects.
  • Responsible to ensure the safety and health regulation imposed by the company
  • Support logistics training and provides process in Logistic function to the team.
  • Responsible to maintain the documentation procedures of the logistics operations in Sesam (documentation library)
  • Responsible for coordinating with customer’s inventory counts as per SLA
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy in line with objective set and support inventory cycle count.
  • Perform system transactions for inventory consumption, and month-end billing
  • Raise PR for teams’ consumables such as machine consumables, dispatch consumables etc
  • Any other special projects as specified, as and when.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in any profession or 10 years of relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge on warehouse management
  • Experienced in supply chain management, production efficiency optimization and inventory management.
  • Experienced or having exposure to interacting with Customers
  • Knowledge in ERP tool – Oracle/SAP/any other system
  • Good knowledge in MS office applications – Excel, Words
  • Knowledge in ISO or PCI-CP, leading a team, with good interpersonal skills
  • Good customer communication skills.
  • Agile and always looking for continuous improvement opportunities to increase team’s productivity & efficiency.
  • Able to work under pressure.
