MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTake the leading role in managing & oversee the day to day activities in the Logistics and Warehouse operations and serves as escalation point for all operations mattersLogistics - Oversee and provide guidance/assistance on all Logistics related matters.

• Delivery Order (DO)
• Goods Return Note (GRN)
• Credit Note (CN)
• Planning and coordinate with Sales, Technical and Warehouse
• Local delivery by 3rd Party Transporter
• On-time delivery to customer
• Delivery discrepancy
• Delivery Schedule
• Review of system error and discrepancy (SAP & IWMS)

Warehouse - Oversee and provide guidance/assistance on all Warehouse related matters.

• Inventory accuracies and discrepancies
• Incoming receiving and outgoing delivery issues and discrepancy
• Warehouse staff work schedule and overtimes
• Planning and execution for warehouse cycle count & stock count
• 3rd Party Warehousing usage and cost
• Ensure a safe, efficient and productive working environment and report safety breaches immediately to management
• Manage and ensure inventory accuracy and controls and report discrepancies to management
• Manage outsourced logistics providers in delivering quality logistics services in local transportation and professional delivery services.
• Establish logistics/warehouse SOPs and work instruction and ensure team follow the establish process.
• Review root causes for all issues/incident and work on implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Take the lead in improvement activity in the department or company level.
• Assist with audit queries for logistics and warehouse
• Review and check all logistics and warehousing billing matters
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) on logistics processes and provide inputs/training to local logistics team in International sites where necessary.
• Any other assignments or reviews as and when necessary and delegated.

JOB REQUIREMENTS(a) Qualification/Experience

• Minimum Degree Qualification in Supply chain & Logistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse and logistics environment

(b) Knowledge/Skill

• Good Command in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and outlook
• SAP B1/WMS knowledge will be advantageous
• Possess strong sense of commitment
• Detail-oriented, able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per monthBenefits:
