Our client, one of the well-known food supplier in Singapore

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to effectively manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with processes and drive operations to meet and exceed customer expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take responsibility for the financial performance (P&L) of the relevant programs under your scope.
• Identify operational requirements and oversee the implementation of new strategies, technologies, and initiatives to enhance overall performance.
• Foster continuous engagement with customers regarding commercial aspects, operational scope, and contract renewals.
• Enforce rigorous security and workplace safety measures and controls within the warehouse.
• Monitor department budget control and resource allocation to optimize resource utilization.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities along the value chain to streamline processes and surpass service standards and targets.
• Establish and foster a positive team culture that encourages the sharing of best practices and empowers staff to voice their opinions.
• Plan and deliver on-the-job training to enhance the work performance and productivity of individual staff members.
• Ensure accurate stock inventory management and maintain up-to-date records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage and office areas.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managerial position.
• Qualification in warehouse operations and operations excellence will be added advantage.
• Possess experience working in FMCG or Food industry is extra advantage.
