Job Description

We hiring for a reliable, talented and qualified Logistics Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all supply chain management duties including selecting carriers, researching shipping methods, assessing budgets, organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail in order to oversee daily operations and logistics employees. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.At least 10 years relevant experience in this position. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and team player.Logistics Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers, direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency and research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Respond and resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience in Logistics, Supply chain and warehouse management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry (FMCG).

• Record of successful distribution and logistics management

• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• With a valid passport
• Willing to work and be assigned in Lae City, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per monthBenefits:
