Job Description

Main Function:Ensures that haulage and transport get to their destinations safely, on time and in the most cost-effective way.Work activitiesLogistics:

• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries of booked deliveries and liaising with customers.
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Directing all transportation activities.
• Developing transportation relationships.
• Monitoring transport costs.
• Dealing with the effects of congestion.
• Performs other duties as may be delegated by the Vice President/President.
• Facilitate coordination and monitor the execution of project-specific movement to understand delivery schedules, define objectives and ensure early identification and prompt resolution of critical issues.
• Coordinate, manage and report between high management and execution team of different logistics departments, guiding the continuous improvement
• Proactively works with other functions within the supply chain and the drilling organization to drive improvements in efficiency and reliability.
• Planning and implementing operations strategy, ensuring targets are met. Flexible in working on different projects involving logistics

• Working on keeping an accurate record of the assigned tools and equipment at site, ensure to return in good condition.

Customer section:

• Address customer queries and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Provide quick response and adaptable solutions for any concerns involving logistics operations.
• Oversee, quality control, and evaluate the entire logistics process to ensure service quality.

Qualifications:

• BS in Business Administration Logistics or Supply Chain, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation Commerce, or similar diploma programs.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a big logistics company with procurement experience
• Must have good leadership skills, communication skills, and team management experience.
• Target driven, and eager to get things done once target is set
• Flexible working schedule and can travel anytime for work.
• Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
